REFUND POLICY

Please make sure that the shipping and billing address match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. 

Once COVID-19 Pandemic has lifted normal return policies will resume. You can find that policy information below.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Young & Cultured purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 5 days of order shipment date (excluding watches, which must be returned within 5 days of the order shipment date).

Customers who placed orders on August 1, 2020, may return item(s) within 5 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase date.

Jewelry must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached. 

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

 

TIMING FOR A RETURN

To receive your refund to your original method of payment, your online return must be returned within 5 days of the order shipment date. Customers who placed an order on August 1, 2020, may return item(s) within 5 days of the order shipment date.
